It was just a balanced option for spending a night in Virginia Beach with definitely value for money. Staff were very friendly.

Absolutely perfect unit with a great view. A fridge, climate control, and an individual safe — very useful. Particularly good, amazing location in the ocean in the mornings. Based close enough to the restaurant that is attached to the property, beach and shops and boardwalk.

I loved spending my time in this fairly clean smoke-free hotel. The venue room was impressive with an amazing view of the ocean. Unbeatable and beautiful location close to Pacific Place. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was good for a breakfast to be included or more discount in the restaurant.

The location is unbeatable—you step out, and the ocean greets you! The indoor pool was a perfect retreat after a day at the beach. Plus, the staff was super friendly, making me feel right at home!

The hotel staff was very rude.

Amazing location right on the beach; you can hear the waves from your room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in. The pool was lovely, perfect for back-to-back ocean and pool time. Unfortunately, the room had some maintenance issues—the AC struggled, and the bathtub drained slowly. A bit of a musty smell lingered in the air, which was disappointing, along with some wear and tear on linens and furnishings. Still, the restaurant attached had delicious food. With a few updates, this could be an absolute gem.

Loved staff and drinks, they were very good. The restaurant was reasonably priced, I ordered excellent dishes.

Clean rooms and spacious layouts set a solid foundation for a pleasant stay. The staff, especially Jakira, deserves commendation—she made the check-in process seamless, radiating positivity. The morning's smooth jazz created an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. the parking fee was unexpected and could have been communicated better. Front desk attitudes need refinement; a friendlier approach would enhance the welcoming vibe. The broken ice machine and lack of drinks were inconvenient. Some updates are necessary, especially in cleanliness—dead ants on walls indicate oversight. This place has potential; with a few improvements, it could transform into a standout experience.

We came back to our room late afternoon and noticed it hadn't been cleaned two days in a row. Had to call for towels both times, which took an hour. Really frustrating when you're expecting better service on vacation!

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable with three pillows each, perfect for a restful night. Temperature control was efficient; the AC issue was quickly resolved by friendly staff. The balcony offered a nice ocean view, but it lacked a table for drinks. Noise from the adjacent restaurant and hallway disrupted the peace occasionally. The bathroom was small, and the shower drained slowly. Free coffee and ice were appreciated, though a microwave would have been a nice addition. the room had several positives, but minor improvements would enhance the experience.
